Return Policy

1. Returns

• All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

• Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Email our customer service at abrarshahi@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging.

3. Include your proof of purchase.

4. Mail the return to the following address:

Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.

3. Refunds

• After receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your return or exchange.

• Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt for processing.

• You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Other publisher books

• Electronic books and Quran
